the evil dead tril is cool, i havent cried in years, and lets face it re2 was made because the re franchise is a huge cash cow, and milk must be suckled from its teet until it is empty like the kung fu cow at the end of the battle in kung pow lol  altho i love the re franchise the films on the other hand is a different matter,

back on topic i watched the first 3 episodes of Bucky O'Hare last night, just as i remember from when i were a kid... hmm have i really grown up tho?

oh also watched Mad Max 1 last night, havent seen it in years

sex, lies, and video tape - a little bland for my tastes. the funniest part was the ridiculous preview trailer voiced over by random voice over guy. anyway, not a bad movie, but...definitely an unpolished indie flick.

yes it annoys me when ppl split films into scenes or also split scenes into mini scenes its fucking annoying

sorry to post this here. lazy drunk git.

I'd like to see the stars background from solaris, the scifi.dead-donkey.com signature/name/logo from galaxian, and the image from subsilver (minus the signature). the glow effect of the logo text in galaxian is cool. but if I had to take one whole package, solaris is definitely my choice - hate the image of the astronaut. does it eat up a lot of server space to keep the options for multiple skins available?

ps - prefer the layout/fonts of galaxian, but solaris never bothered me.

pps - gah! just realized galaxian doesn't put a box around quotes. I want the box!
/me jumps back in solaris suit

:?

Jimminy Crick-er...Leminy Snicket's Series of Unfortunately long fucking title
got 4.5 stars so I was kind of expecting...more. I know it's a PG holidayish release but...gosh, that was a waste of time. actually paid $9 for the ticket too. :o

it begins kinda funny with the voice over narration (jude law?), but it goes straight downhill after that. it actually reminded me of your basic tim burton movie (clearly the visual style copies his stuff) but it completely lacked the biting humor. dunno why but I had this Gremlins-like expectation too. or at least Beetlejuice or Sleepy Hollow or hell: Nightmare Before Christmas. but alas, no. it was more like a series of boring plots with a lame unifying thread.

edit: snow flakes are cool. 8)

I couldn't get into it at all. The day i watched it i grabbed a movie about the serial killer ed gien, which was a dramatization. i thought it was pretty fuct up so i wanted to see some actual pictures of his house and homemade bodypart-furniture. and while searching i cam across this fuckin sicko named fish. after reading this http://www.crimelibrary.com/fish/fish/fishmain.htm Leminy Snicket's Series of Unfortunately long fucking title just didn't work for me. i thought it was as bad as Dr.suse movie last year.

meet the fockers - I liked it. nothing to write home about. neither was the first one. fun. funny. forgetable. one of those "if you liked the preview then you'll like the movie" movies (and vice versa).

The Prophecy - Forgetten that this one is excellent :) Okay there's a few moments like the narration I just don't think were that necessary (at the end in summation), but I really enjoy this one. Can't remember the sequels at all, so there's a bonus... 'fresh' viewing coming up :)
