I hope that DivX logo is ONLY in that screenshot, not in the AVI. Else it get's a NUKE. Not a bad flick IMHO.

That and being 1/2 the data (no pun intended) of an SVCD. It's not even 600x***.

We need a 'Sticky' THREAD started in GENERAL on how to rate HQ, LQ, etc...

Looks like the audio AC3 CBR is bringing down the possibly good video. Looks nice, but to me, not quite up to HQ.
