it says its your fault that Anderson has become a comerical success :matrix: or that you have terrible taste in movies .. :mrgreen:

Seriously though (my favourite, and now to the point phrase), even after seeing the latest train wreck, I'm still looking forward for this one :) Resident Evil wasn't that bad, sure it should have and could have easily been better and barely resembles what the games are, but it was okay.

There's a similar post over at fh saying "there's no plot like the first one ..." *snigger* "but its a lot of fun".

I doubt it will be what I love about resident evil the games, but I'll probably watch it once or twice.

Don't think its out over here though is it?

I'm going to see it Thur. Gonna take my MiT from work too. No, but I wish the MiT was a chick. He's just a cool guy that I play 'Name the movie' with at work. Basically, we can listen to radio, & whenever a song comes up that I know what movie, or he does, we say NTM. Usually he gets them. Mostly now cause the station we're forced to listen to, I dubbed the Madonna channel due to the 1 song an hour by her every hour, has a limited playlist & plays the same shit over & over. But when the MGR & AST MGR aren't around, he changes it to KROQ. Last Sun was soo cool cause he was in charge.

Well I got the impression that:
MiT = mites, merc has a parasite infestation
KROQ = a crappy psx game
MGR = a dyslexic Metal Gear Solid
AST = Awesome Storm Trooper
madonna = some kind of talantless shewitch
mw2merc = a bladder infection

You know. Maybe you need to take your own advice on not calling people names etc... I didn't find that funny.

Actually, I agree about Madona.

Is There Life After Death?

Author: Jeremy Van Cise
Date: 09-14-2004
Source: The Hollywood Reporter
It's become second nature that when a film opens well that negotiations for a sequel take place. "Resident Evil: Apocalypse" is no exception.

Opening strongly in the American box office with $23.7 million, it's already made half the box office of the first film.

Impact Pictures partners Jeremy Bolt and Paul W.S. Anderson said they both see a third installment in the future.

"I always thought of the 'Resident Evil' films as a trilogy," Anderson told The Hollywood Reporter. "The first film was a prequel to the game world. The new movie intersects the film and game worlds. And the third movie will act as a follow-up to the games. It's a nice arc -- prehistory, in-game and then a sequel to the games."

and then when they release more games that dont tie in in anyway with the 3rd movie, anderson you dumb arsehole, infact concidering how shit avp was id expect him to base the third res film around shitty resident evil - survivor (thats the crappy first light gun game that was so bad the work experience boy couldve made it)

Tenner bets, the loser has no idea that Resident Evil 4 is set after the fall of Umbrella ;)

offtopic:
I didn't find that funny.

There's a difference for flaming someone for making a release and then making a joke at the exespense of indulgence in acronymns. However, I'm sorry that you think that it was anything other than a joke. :o
