Any 1 who remembers 70's need some help

After name of a couple of progs from 70's,1st 1 is a play about filming on a horror ser in england,man who is playing a monster in a costume goes mad and goes on a rampage in film studio.The second prog is about a beast who terrorises a fishing village or sea side cannot remember if it is set in england or scotland it turns out to be a diver/frogman who was testing a 1 man sub of which he was wired up too but something went wrong,hope you can help/
