It is not very usual Sci-Fi. It starts like a crime that slowly turns to be Sci-Fi. Jüri Järvet (hotel's owner Alex Snewahr) should be known to Sci-Fi fans (as Dr. Snaut in Tarkovsky's "Solaris").
