wow I can't believe nobody knows about the categories. They have been a default feature of vanilla emule for well over 6months, from a pm reply I just sent:

You mean the categories? Oh dear, oh dear... been missing out on a great feature.

In emule, right click on the tab>Add Category, give it a name, set a location for completed files to go (ie. I put horror films in E:\emule and movies in D:\uploads\emule\movies), priority (if u like horror movies, perhaps raise the priority) and category filter and colour.

A new tab will appear. To add a file to that category, 2nd button on the file>Assign to Category, and select the category :)

You can do that in any version of emule. What you can do in different mods is extensions of this, some have additional category like "Resume next" --> "from same category", etc.
