If it's constantly at that than it's no problem. It's quite easy to either fix that with VirtualDub/Mod beforehand (no need to decode video/audio at all so it's done in a snap) or just set the appropriate delay in AC3 filter (it can decode MP3s also) or in the player (if it supports that, mine does ) while watching it.

BTW, still looking for a good tool to fix non-constant audio delays. If anybody reading this knows of any such tool than please PM me (without delay ).
