i thought doubya ruled 'no more torture'!

take the worst of transmorphers and the very worst of hills have eyes 2 and u got yourselves a movie u will call universal soldiers.
the latter are guys in corny make up (looks like a girls job on her little brother for a halloween party) and cheap ass costumes. they have no particular skill or screen presence whatsoever.
the heroes are a bunch of tards more ridiculous, whiny, annoying and uber-clichéd than the mighty transmorphers group.

set ? just some lame outdoors; everything happens within the same boring proximity.
gadgets/sfx ? u can get it from your local toy store.
acting ? ROFL they re all horrible and to add insult to injury, the writers have made the characters they gotta play and the lines they gotta deliver some of the worst imaginable.
about 90% of this flick must consist of bitching, moaning, accusing one another, shouting at each other, making stupid proposals....
i dare u (provided u are a sane and healthy individual) to take more than 30mins of this crap.

Your not using a codec pack are you? usually this is setup problems, particularly since this hasn't got nuked:

I don't have it to test so can't comment, but i'd have thought it would have gotten nuked if there was a problem.

Might also be input levels were too high in the first place and it wasn't nuked cuz nobody gives a rats arse about this slippery fart of a movie?

well then bummer i didnt archive this mastercheese of a wanker, i could have upped a sample for u to verify whether it gave u trouble as well (but its oh so true- "nobody gives a rats ass").
no codec pack. ac3 filter, xvid decoder, haali splitter and ffdshow for the rest, OR vlc`s codecs. everything properly en- or disabled for that matter. no conflicting codecs. guess it boils down to bad audio after all (but nobody should give a rats ass!!)

ps: message to creators of universal soldiers:

if u have a giant sandbox for a movie set, a bunch of untalented spare time actors, some toy guns but zero screenplay, no experienced professionals in your crew but 2 fuckable chicks in your cast (that aint even all that hot) - DONT alienate the viewers by having the gals play characters everyone would wanna see mutilated rather sooner than later). do not do it (ever again)!!!

suddenly, albert pyun appears like a true master director to me.
plz gimme "nemesis 5, 6 and 7". and "omega doom 2". oh yeah- and "knights vs ravenhawk" plz. wouldnt wanna leave in the mothership without ever havin seen that one.
