I have no idea what this movie is but the pic you posted is kinda interesting in a way that it's totally confusing
There's this building (I'm guessing a shack or a cabin) painted teal/turquoise on the left so it's not anywhere they have at least a faint idea of style
Then there's that lame ass graffiti on the tin fence further indicating lack of class and a home made redneck style front bumper on a car that doesn't do even a mile per galon.... Anyone reading this must be thinking it was shot in the states, right?
Well, I don't think so. There's this word in a graffiti I believe reads "Che" and a stone brick house on the right with wooden garage or something attached to it, then that teal/turquoise painted shack/cabin seems to have hay/tin or whatever was cheap and ugly roof so it could be South America, right? Well, do they have pine & oak trees? They do way south but do they drive American pickups made for shopping in south Florida?
Canada perhaps?
Nope, there's way too much litter on the road and all painted signs must be in French also
Wait, it's ... f**** I have no idea so I've once more made you read all this nonsense for nothing
Good photo though
A wild guess -- is it "Dead-End Drive In"?
