Well I don't understand why you would want a crappy, blurry, low quality telecine when there is a DVD out, but Star Wars fans can be a strange bunch.
This bootleg is rare apparently because it's widescreen.

Do you have any screens and a bit of info?
Is it a different AR and reveals more matting or has unfinalised material? or was this a russain TC of a bog standard print that's now on dvd?

As far as I know it's a telecine of the theatrical version.
