Plot:

This is definately more SciFi than Horror. It is listed as 'thriller' on Amazon, not horror. It's not horror just cause it's based on a Stephan King book.

Reasons:
mental powers/psychic abilities
secret government experiment
chemical called LOT-6
secret government department known as "The Shop"
pyrotechnics

No suspense, no gore, no monster, no maniac, ... so where's the horror?
