Anyway earlier i was in the mood for a cheesey 80s videogame movie, so i went with The Wizard (1989) as i'd never seen it before, it was pretty good, especially when at the end they entered a big videogames contest and the 3 finalists had to play a game nobody has ever played before.... SUPER MARIO BROS. 3!!!!!! oh how i howled

I finally saw Martin Scorsese's new movie... the Departed.... the one that one the best film award thing.... Am I the only person that thought this film suxed ass?.. . . I mean Martin Scorsese is a legend and well over due a oscer.. but for THIS movie??? No way this is a "We should have given you award ages ago" oscer.

Well the most glaring thing is the female character.. once again Martin Scorsese find out 1/2 way though making the film that he has ZERO girls in the movie apart from whores so they tak on this ridicules love triangle that is completely unnecessary.. you could remove it from the film an hardly anything would change... . JUST TAKE THE PLUNGE AND MAKE A COP A GRIL.. this is the fuckn 21 centery man.

The "hardcore" cop.... the one with all the attitude.. is so miss cast..... Sure the character was cool but it would have bee nso much better with an actor that can PULL OFF looking dangerous. .. .. . OMG he suxed.

Man I could go on... Stil there are good things in this movies.. it is martin you know.. but my god.. why are p[eople treating it like some kind of timeless master peace???

And frankly, of the few women i have seen that can act, none of them will fit a gangster role, let alone a gangster role in a scorsese movie

I do think he was great in the role. rachel mcadams looks nice. owen wilson didn't actually annoy me and managed to make me actually laugh in his conversations with vince. great cameo for will farrell (basically where he belongs in movies). and except for his "i stand by my daughter" speech, I liked walken's scenes (although he was under used). I also think that it was a soft R movie. like they were aiming for a pg-13 but couldn't get it down there.

I was wrong about entourage. new season premieres with sopranos on april 8.

new smallville this week. 24 is new every week until the season's over. heroes isn't even doing reruns. it's on hiatus until april 23, I believe, and some pussycatdolls american idoly knockoff is airing in its stead.
