I can totally imagine why you're having difficulties finding this movie:
1st: IMDB lists it as 1963 production although it's clear that it was first released in 1962 in GB and shot in 1961-62 period.
("IMDB"=1963, "Le France"=1961, "AllMovie"=1962, "Amazon"=1965,...)
2nd: There's no DVD release of it and I believe there won't be one as there's no holder to the copyrights of this movie (or at least some sites state it so). So you're free to DL and own it, you just won't find any links for it
3rd: The only link that appears valid on Donkey has one source only and even that one isn't complete: ed2k: These%20are%20the%20Damned.avi  [700.23 Mb] [Stats]
Do try it, though-- my Donkey filter is enormous
4th: It never was released on BT

So there you go, I guess I wasn't much of a help-- Search for "Joseph Losey" now and then on Donkey network, you never know...

So have you tried googling with their hashes and possibly locate web sites where they were first released and then requesting re-shares? Just a thought but might help in some cases. Don't bother with "The Damned" I've searched for it myself - No luck. This is as far as my knowledge goes, been trying like mad getting re-shares for some of the older stuff I'm DLin, too. Damn! Sorry Truba, can't find any sources for the 1980 version of "The Brave New World", which IMO was way better than the '89 version (both TV). It's on my search list now so I'll check for it once in a while.
