Well i did like basic instinct, so i thought I would try some of those other sexual thrillers that are about that I always refused to watch with my wife.... Discloser, Fatal Attraction, Wild Things, Sectary so far....

Wild Things was a kinda cool backstabbing movie. Even though that Starship troopers chick is so bad (the casting director of Starship troopers was a freakn genious) And Sectary was very very very cool.

The other ones SUX BALLS

maggie gyllenhaal full frontal.

...kevin bacon full frontal. :(

disclosure kinda made me wanna eat chinese. oh wait, that might have been the other critchton office mystery (rising sun?).

so you're saying you duped your wife into watching those soft porn flicks with you on the basis that they're supposed to be mystery thrillers? or you watched them alone cuz you knew she'd see that they're basically just mainstream acceptable ways to see movie star snatch?

finished SW last night. took 3 nights to do. :?

No I am saying that she luvs these movies and I always refused to watch them as they looked so crap. Then she finaly got around to getting me to watch Basic Instinct, we double featured that with Videodrome (my choise that one) After I liked basic instinct she kept pulling out these other flicks.

I told her my torrence meter is almost full on these movies.. so she better pick the next ones better!!! lol

lol - yeah, it's bad. it's better than skinemax or the latenight softporn on the other movie channels. but as a movie, it's pretty shite.

started empire. I'm up to the evacuation of hoth. the battle is just about to begin. really shouldn't start these things at 1am.

if that's the (michael critchton?) thing with debra messing (grace from will & grace), I wouldn't get too into it. I think they canned it pretty quickly and with no plot resolution.

not that i'm calling you gay dinky with your obscure crap show and references to will and grace... but put a t after star, and then click here:

I'd hazard a bet he's talking about that ;)

Anyway, I'm going to watch.... Superman 3!
What do you mean gay and crap?

I do not mind superman 3, it has a lot of elements that are very "comic book" in fact some of it isdirectly taken from the comic. It is the most faithful of all the reed movies. 2 is the best imo, though it would have rocked if it was made nowdays, the effects today would make super vs supr battles just top, to super vs mortal army battles just great to watch.. Though at the same time i liked that they have not attempted to remake the superman 1 + 2 as thenew one takes palce after 2. I mean.. Zod is just the best, anyone ever plays that role again just will not cut it :)

caught crossworlds (1996) on cinemax last night. imdb rating is 5.0. I thought it was far worse. more like 2 to 3.5. it's just...not good. there's no one reason. it's the whole movie. I'd seen it in the video store a few times and just barely passed on renting it. now I'm glad for that.
