A UFO is stranded on earth and impounded by the US government. Its pilot, a cat with a collar that has special powers, including the ability to allow the cat to communicate with humans, has eluded the authorities and needs the help of a man named Frank in order to reclaim and repair his ship to get back home.

If this is the movie I think it is then it rocks.... I'm grbbbn now to find out.... I so hope it is.. it was one of those vsh's you had as a kid when yuou only had like 5 tapes and watched a zillion times.

How old are you Anim... ? The thirty years we are, know it's a masterpiece... Thanx Jakobx, reminds me my childhood... Was about ten when I saw it on theater, by mystake, I must say... We thought, my mom and I were about to see Bernard and Bianca, but went to the wrong room in the theater and I enjoyed it very much... Nice to remind me that...
