~~Plot~~
On the eve of a new century, a mysterious woman (Dommartin) carrying money from a bank robbery travels the world, tracking down a runaway scientist (Hurt) and his invention, a device allowing the blinds to see, and maybe dreams to be recorded. Meanwhile, a nuclear explosion is threatening the world as we know it.

* Very rare 280' director's cut, only released on the Italian box-set DVD, in a new remastered print from Wenders' archives.
* Many different dialects are spoken through the film, but about about 85% is in English.
* First motion picture ever to use Sony's digital camera technology.

one of the worst SciFi movies ever. Bad actors, no story and an overated director. This is probably the longest movie without any story.

yeah well, that's a "Road movie". People will either love it or hate it. Check out the users' comments on IMDB, some call it a life-changer, others call it a stinker. Check it out anyways, it's worth seeing to form an opinion, it's a very special film.
