alias</i> season 2 disc 1. the stuff with the mother is getting old pretty fast. other arcs are interesting though. there's no rush to find out what happens next like throughout s1.

two more discs left for alieas</i> s2. it picked-up quite a bit after the first couple eps. first half of s1 is still the cream of the crop so far though.

Been playing a lot of Fable on the Xbox :)

Anyway, watched Battlestar yesterday and same problem, its so detatched from story and purpose at the moment, i think they've slipped up. They seemed to only have a bit of an episode of storyline and fleshed it out. Its lacking a mission methinks. And get the Dr back doing something again, he's been wasted atm.

A crappy quality tvrip doesn't help matters

its good to be back home again, had to borrow a gfx card off a friend but it sure beats sitting around my room with, anyway while my computer has been out of action ive been watching some dvds as follows

its following... when i remember what i actually watched (that memorable you see)

watched Fukkatsu no hi (1980) aka Virus - the directors cut

was pretty actually, a couple of famousish people in it (robert vaughn of man from u.n.c.l.e and hustle fame and George Kennedy of naked gun fame) among a host of unknowns but was actually an ok film actually, one of the only films that to my mind contains 2 apocalypses in the same movie as human kind manages to almost wipe itself out near the beginning then at the end has another bloody good bash and as for the survivors after that arent doin too well either, but quite an enjoyable if serious film

hmm i know i watched more......

oh yes watched all 26 episodes of willow the wisp in one sitting and my brain turned into actual mush, theres only so much trippy kenneth williams voiced animation you can take

hmmm still more i know it.......

currently watching total reality (1997)

hmmm how does a man manage to run down a hallway with machine guns firing right at him and not get hit? i have no idea as he isnt superman, although the film does seem to have the budget of a season of babylon5

theres more films but i honestly cant remember them

Downloading what appears to be The Family Guy Movie! I hope its not a fake, there's two different torrents for it just posted on piratebay, but there's nothing on nforce about it.

Never even heard about it until now, looks like imdb has been score bombed though... should be good i hope (regardless of whether the file is fake or not  )

Your right about it being 3 episodes, but there must be a bit of filler in there and i don't think they'll say fuck.

The one i got is deinterlaced. Although they seemed to have some grainy teeth sometimes, I'll have to rewatch and see, but the motion didn't show any interlacing (unlike that screener episode 4x01). Its very, very, very lightly interlaced if it is.

but nothing vdub cant solve,

That's re-encoding, totally pointless if you've got an interlaced one its easier to use ffdshow since it won't degrade the quality as much.

i dont like fddshow, too many bad conflict experiences with it years ago

the stuff on the teeth is light interlacing, not much but it still bugs me to see badly ripped stuff (DVD Rips anyway), theres so many guides out there that theres no need for anyone to release a bad dvd rip

yeah but half of the guides are wrong, and the other half are so long that you can tell people only skim read them.

latest eps of BG</i> & Entourage</i>. last 2 eps of six feet under</i>.

much enjoyed BG. annoyed by the Helo/Starbuck/Boomer2 thread. and wtf happened to Boomer1 on Galactica???

Entourage is simply the most entertaining show on television. I could watch it over and over and I have no idea why. it's funny, yeah. I guess it's "cool," but that doesn't really explain why I like it so much either. weird.

six feet under was decent. but I'm really getting sick and tired of brenda/nate fucking around on each other. I get it. the whole series is morbid and follows dysfunctional people self-destructing, and I don't mean to say that just wrong or anything...but wtf? their characters have completely reversed roles in the span of one season, and it's awful fucking soapy. the way mommy blows-up is far more engrossing. 8)
