Crime Traveller follows the adventures of Detective Jeff Slade and Holly Turner who solve crimes by travelling back in time to a point before the crime happened. However their adventures are governed by certain rules, The Rules of Time (of which there are ten, but I don't know them all yet!). You have to be back at the time machine at the point at which you left, or you will be stuck in a repeating loop of time.

they where seeded over a year ago on torrent sites (suprnova) and now there are none..shows how much better ed2k is as they where originally shared more than a year ago and to this day at least 10 people are continuing to share the whole series ;)

which pretty much makes the torrents redundant,go to the torrent trackers forum and ask for a reseed there and see how far you get

patience is a virtue and running ed2k over a long period of time you will reap the rewards :D

i'm actually surprised there's still 10 full sources online for a show that is not commonly known other than in the UK (which also wasn't overly popular),but i guess being a BBC show it was possibly aired on BBC worldwide or something similar :?

The BBC time travel fantasy Crime Traveller has been cancelled after just one season following falling ratings. The show was universally panned by critics and fans and audiences fell from a high of 11 million for the first episode to 7 million by episode eight.

but to be fair if a show other than Dr Who was to get 7 million now on a saturday evening i reckon they'd stick with it,viewing figures sure ain't what they used to be since satellite broadcasting became the norm :wacky:

but then there's also this explanation to why it got canned

The BBC snapped up Crime Traveller immediatedly, beating a network to make the series. Unfortunately, come renewal time, The Head of BBC Drama left and Peter Salmon replaced him. During the hand over the show was simply overlooked and even though the viewing figures were good (average of eight million per episode), it wasn't given another chance to prove itself. Which is a shame as the show had great potential.

who knows, bit late now though innit unless like most things of late we get a remake :?
