What is the name of this movie?

Hi , I am loking for a movie which might created in 80's and there was an astronaut who was going to space but when he returned , his eyes changes ( sometimes blue some times red ) and his made stranges behaviour that is all ı know about this movie , please help me what was the name of this movie ?

i think the name of the movie is Northstar ...the guy has powers when he looks into the sun like greater knowledge faster speed etc. ive been looking for this movie too, still havent found it
