In Italian with no subs. I tried to watch it and this is my translation of the story/plot.

Nuclear war happens in Italy. Flash forward to the future. In the wastelands, the peaceful village of lovers is surrounded by the evil motorcycle gangs. The Lovers spend their time running around naked and playing games while the biker gangs pick them off and kill them one by one. Lots of nudity and people in gas masks. This was a weird one. Look for Cafe Flesh if you like this one.
