PLOT:
A young man discovers a mechanical device that merges with his own body, turning him into a cyborg superhero. When strange creatures start appearing, trying to take the device back, he begins to uncover a secret plot to genetically engineer terrifying monsters.

Basically, I first saw this movie years ago on the sci-fi channel, where else. Probably around 93, and found it to be one of the coolest movies I had seen at the time. A movie that had comic like action but based in real life. Well, I guess I have been spoiled somewhat by modern day technology and effects because I literally just got done watching this movie and It holds a little less finnesse than it used to. The costumes are still great but the eyes needed work and the cheesy cartoon sounds NEED to go. I would, however like to see a remake, considering it IS based on either a graphic anime novel, and anime and feel it would be well worth the time if someone were to do it right.
I liked this movie when I first saw it back in the early 90's ...

Actually as far as voice work goes he does a great job. He's great in his cameo's too (like in robot chicken).
