Problems with Friend-Upload

I am having some problems with the friend-upload on eMule. Sometimes the friend, that I want to give a slot, is beginning to download - but is kicked out already after very few KB. He/she is kicked out completely - not even in the waiting list anymore. It got nothing to do with Low ID, all people with High ID ...

Maybe somebody here has similar experiences and/or an idea, if there is anything that I can do about it ?
