I got this from a old torrent from eztv, thanks to those dudes.
Ed2k stats show a few sources so here is the correct link for ed2k users. I will powershare for a bit on the edonkey network before I delete just to help get it going.
I searched usenet and it is posted there also but the upload is dated 103days ago.
Most servers won't have it cached anymore but giganews claim to have 4 months for their binary groups so if you have a account with them or your server caches for a long time you may be able to still get it via usenet.
