Mark Phillips and Cathy O'Brien expose the US Federal Government's involvement in Mind Control projects, research, and abuse of its' own people. This is the National Shame of the United States Federal Goverment. Mark and Cathy tell all, name names, and underscore the insensitivity and involvement of our national leaders, judges, doctors, and many others to this nightmarish horror it has inflicted upon millions of people in the United States.
This is a speech given in 2001 by Cathy O'Brien and Mark Phillips speaking about Mind Control and MK Ultra. Updating their story from "Mind Control Out of Control" (and obviously, their books - "Trance Formation of America" to name one). The speech is from the Santa Clara California Convention Center 2001.
