NEW YORK, October 19: NBC has picked up a full season of the sea-creature thriller Surface.
The series has been gaining ground on Monday nights, as its adults 18-49 rating has grown 17 percent between its September 26 debut and its October 10 airing.
NBC is still determining the exact episodic order for Surface, plotting its season around the Winter Olympics, which will force several weeks of preemptions.
Season to date, the hour-long show has averaged a 3.3 rating and 9 share among adults 18-49, and 10 million viewers. Surface has consistently rated second in the timeslot (behind CBS) with young adults and viewers, not including sports telecasts.
Josh and Jonas Pate created and executive-produce Surface for NBC Universal Television. The show stars Lake Bell as an oceanographer who discovers a mysterious deep-ocean creature, while Ian Anthony Dalr and Rade Sherebedgia play government officials who try to keep the discovery a secret.

LOL's release has much lower audio volume after
their second segment, but props for waiting
and releasing an ep that's still watchable.
For those peeps who have crappy speakers,
here's a release with good audio.
We don't segment so we took a little while to
release, but here it is finally.
Enjoy this great release from BiA
